Sarah and Iris believed Dubai deserved more. How often will my property be occupied?
Our calculations involve various occupancy rates, tailored to your location and property type. Through thorough valuation, if short-term rental isn’t the optimal fit, we transparently guide you toward long-term leasing or potential flipping opportunities.
Upon listing your property, our commitment is to achieve an occupancy rate of 80-85%, ensuring the best returns on your investment.
Can I use my property while it is managed?
The unit owner is entitled to use the property within the specified terms of the vacation rentals management contract, with a default limit of 30 calendar days per year. All details are outlined in the contract, including proper registration of family members during owner stay.
What are the costs for me as an owner?
In addition to the 20% service fee for us as your trusted short-term rental agency, the owner
is also responsible for covering all ongoing utility and building-related costs. These include:
● DEWA (water & electricity)
● Air conditioning (chiller)
● Gas
● Wi-Fi / Internet
● Building service charges
