What are the costs for me as an owner?

In addition to the 20% service fee for us as your trusted short-term rental agency, the owner
is also responsible for covering all ongoing utility and building-related costs. These include:

● DEWA (water & electricity)
● Air conditioning (chiller)
● Gas
● Wi-Fi / Internet
● Building service charges
